I ordered an Opal Pendant via phone on 07/04. After waiting for quite some time for the arrival, I called to follow-up on the shipping status. I was told that it was in the Shipping Dept. And they would see that it got shipped immediately. I again waited until 08/15 and was told the same thing. I asked that the order be cancelled and they make an immediate refund of $131.95. Since that time I have spent hours holding on the phone for Customer "NO" Service and have sent many, many emails which were not answered... Even once.
As of 09/28, I still have NO REFUND. I have reported this company to the California Attorney General, Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. Something really needs to be done about this Company. There are so many complaints on the internet along the same lines as my complaint.
