I would like to speak to someone at Dell Customer Service about my computer.

I want to buy a new one and like the Dells but am concerned about the customer service.

My current computer has been breaking an customer service has been awful.

I want to know how good Dell customer service is or if you just sell computer and do not back them up like other companies.
