I recently purchased a Cherry dining table and followed their use guidelines.in July, a white mark on the finish appeared and tried to wipe it off with a damp cloth. The finish started to get worse. I called Ethan Allan and requested a copy of the warranty. 8 weeks later, have not received it. I continued to call, email in order to get it repaired. Finally, after 6 weeks, a tech comes to the house. He photographs it, says, can't fix it and says Katheryn will contact me. I wait 5 days, call her, only to have her tell me, sorry not covered. I request another copy of the warranty, still waiting.
