I ordered Propolene from the ad on tv and was persuaded to order Exceleran to speed up wt. Loss. The add said "try it for $29.95, buy one get one free, money back guarantee." I ordered on 2/19, billed 36.60 on 2/24, received on 3/6, billed 36.60 on 3/24, and 39.90 on 3/26. Product made me feel ill so started trying to call on 4/5 to get return address and cancel. Kept getting recording saying "high call volume, try at a later time".
Finally got through on 4/10, first person told me I had to have it back by 4/14, forgot to get address so called back, second person told me 4/9 was last day I could return it. She said she would credit my card for the 39.90, but the other 2 payments would stay, I could only TRY the product for $29.95 for 30 days, but I would be billed the full purchase price of $73.20, and the $39.90 is for another shipment that is on its way.
I told her I didn't want any more, it made me feel sick and wanted the address to send it back. She only gave me the warehouse address and said not to send it back, just throw it away. Would only give me the warehouse address, but gave me a fax number to complain to. 775-332-5704. The ad never said anything about a full purchase price, just try it for 29.95.
