My mother and I have used Firestone in the past, and on this particular day, we both needed oil changes for our cars. I had gone on line for firestone coupons and found 50% from an "angry coupons"website, but in order to get the coupons, I had to give my name, email and cell#.. Anyways we get to the Firestone in Crowley, Texas and showed coupon to "Paula Herod"who is an employee. She let us know those were phony coupons, she was very kind to us. As we were leaving into the parking lot, paula came running after us asking us to come back in. So we did and she said to us, because this happened to us she will give us $15.00 each off our oil changes! The employees there were fabulous! Made our day, and Paula? She was our "Queen for a Day!" So our big Texas hats are off to the good, good people at Firestone in Crowley, Texas! You guys ROCK! Word of mouth is everything, it can make or break a business, well I have put our experience with Firestone on Facebook and told friends... We appreciate kindness in people and the Firestone in Crowley texas has just that! We will go back along with our friends as well... So Thank You All
