As you have heard previously from my emails I am horribly unsatisfied w / your company and it's process of relaying info / shipping to your customers. Your invoice/website (where I ordered it) stated 2 DAY SHIP. The rep, Casey, stated 1-4 day ship that the 2 day is an estimate. Well it turns out that my product is being delivered w / a 5 day shipping. This is incorrect and the invoice/website DID NOT advise me of any of this. I could have received a call stating it would take 5 days, but your rep just wanted to get me off the phone and didn't want to hear a word I was saying. I am not paying for the shipping you previously took out of my credit card account (which of course wasn't delayed because all they want is money) Never wanted to help me fix my issue, or asked if everything was resolved. Because they knew NOTHING was resolved and that they had no concern of helping me. This is a horrible company and I wish NO ONE use their services anymore! They have unacceptable, unknowledgable and unconciderate employees. All the rep stated to me was "Gotcha" and just changed the subject. The website should state, when you order it (not on another hidden page that they will send you later) that it may take more than 2 days. AND the invoice should state may take 1-5 days. Not 2 day ship as mine does. This company is just rediculous and I can't explain how unsatisfied w / their service I am. But I have never been this upset/disgusted w / any service/company as I am now w / so called "QuickShip". Everything is fradulent!!! I could go on and on...
