I am a registered nurse and want people to know that this promise that you will lose 7 lbs in 7 days should be a red flag. 7 lbs of what? Water, muscle and fat, then having lost muscle it will be more likely you will gain fat when you stop the diet. Be wary of any diet which is not based on medical research.
