Hello. To whom it may concern, With regards to a hotel booking that was cancelled at the Suly Resort and Spa from 04th - 13th of September (9 night's). I have checked my bank account and $378.00 have been debited from my account on the 06th of September, i have been checking daily and these monies haven't been credited bank in to my account, even though i was advised when i phoned your company that the money would be credited back in to my account within five working days, minus any cancellation fee. Can you please look in to this for me and advise when the money will be credited back in to my account? I was advised that this booking was cancelled, the booking had to be cancelled due to internet problems when booking a previous hotel to the Suly Resort and Spa. I had tried to book a hotel / resort in the north of Bali at Lovina Beach, however, when i had entered my bank card information and clicked on submit the website / hotel that i was trying to book stated transaction rejected. I then found out that this transaction was actually accepted and that's why i had to cancel my booking at the Suly Resort and Spa. I don't know what had went wrong when trying to book the previous hotel / resort, but that's certainly the reason i had to cancel the Suly booking.
