Consumer Beware!

When talking with a sales representative, First Data neglects to fully inform the customer of 'hidden' annual charges. Then, a year later, a letter is received stating they are deducting charges from your account in September. The letter was received September 16, which allows no time to provide the account with the funds. The company has no response, but that "the customer should have been told." They cannot help that the customer service person did not inform the customer of this charge. There is no respect for the customer's bank account and time/energy.

In addition, the letter was dated August 22, which is little time to adjust the account and funds needed for the transaction. Again, why was the letter received in the 'middle' of September? Did the company 'hold' the letter?

This company has no respect for it's clients.
