Company customer service were Uncooperative, Rude, and Unprofessional. They continued withdraws from my account after cancellation. They Refused my Refund

The middle of August, I went on line to search information on Medical Health Plans for my family or just my-self. August 28, Kristal, a representative from Easy Life Healthcare, called my phone. Going on the information she gave me this seemed like a good plan. So I told her that I could not afford this plan until September 8. She agreed to not with draw any funds until then.

Frequently I check my bank statements on line. I noticed that a withdraw had been made on September 2 in the amount of $99.95 from Easy Life Healthcare and another withdraw on September 8 in the amount of $95.99 for activation.

September 12, I receive a booklet from the company about the benefits. I read it and discovered that Kristal had misinformed me. I made several attempts to contact customer service, only received a recording.

September 15, I sent a "Notice of Cancellation" by Certified Mail. I was able to track the mail so I would know when they received it. For several days, I made calls to different numbers in the booklet. I was unsuccessful in speaking with any one, just a recording.

While checking my bank statement on line September 27, I noticed that another withdraw was going to be deducted from my account on October 2, in the amount of $99.95. I called the company again, this time I was finally able to speak with customer service representative.in our conversation, Ricky, was uncooperative, rude and refused my refund.
Even though I had sent in a "Notice Of Cancellation". He even refused to let me speak to a supervisor.

I had to dis-guard my bank card so that they would not be able to deduct from my account any more.

I sent a "Complant Letter" to the headquaters by Certified Mail. There were no response from them. I called to inform them of the situation. They informed me that they could not guarantee I will get my money back.

Easy Life Healthcare owes me $294.90 plus the cost of three "Certified Letter's". Along with the the time I have missed work trying to reslove this matter. I have contacted my attorney, he informs me to take a "Small Claims" against the company. Which will cost me more money and lose more work time.

I need help!!! I have been fighting this company going on three months.
