An item I ordered was discontinued which happens and is nothing to unusual except their "standard email for cancellations" is extremely misleading. They do not say "Order cancelled" in the subject line or the main body. There is no "we regret to inform you that the item is no longer available". It is the exact same body of an email I received a week ago from them providing a coupon code for future purchases. I had to email them to verify it was cancelled and instead of saying "sorry the email was misleading" they say this is our "standard cancellation email". See details below. They need to change their "standard" cancellation email to actually inform the customer in the subject line or first 3 lines of the body.
