Was charged $49.95 from TERNECKHELP.com 800 505 3795 which is taken to a generic website for a helpline service. I was also charged a $1.00 international purchase transaction fee. Never received anything and have no idea what this comany/charge is for. Taking to my bank for fraud. There were over 170 other accounts of this TERNECKHELP.com fraud complaints. Shut them down!!!
