I booked a cscs test for my partner online. We needed to change the test date, so i called the sales department where they were very rude, unhelpful and terminated my call for no apparent fault of my own. I emailed there help centre 3 times ive had no reply the fact that i also realised once making the booking with the company that they charge well over the price for the test most companies charge £21.00 and they charged me £31.98. I wanted to speak to a manager or supervisor to which APPARENTLY they dont have once neither do they have a head office... Strange that.
