I booked a renewal of my cscs card, I was asked for the test date i wanted, I was offered the 11th may saturday, I thought that was fine as i had a job to start on the 15th, I was then asked to choose a test centre, Birkenhead wirral came up, Thought Great, 300 yards from where i live, Then i was asked to pay £86 for the test AND card, Which i did, After paying on line i was told i would have to travel to liverpool on that date, Fine not far away from me, Then later i was told that venue was booked up, So i was told i had to travel to st hellens, but on the 22nd, yesterday, so that was my job lost, After passing my Test, I was given a piece of paper saying i had passed, No card, No information, no numbers to call, NOTHING, Been on the phone all morning and all i keep getting told, its nothing to do with us? Well i want Answers, and soon, Need to have some one call me please on (Personal Information Removed) Thank you.
