New Cardholder Blues - CFNA/Firestone Credit

I paid my first bill online before the due date, as it was made clear that the "interest free" period still requires a payment. Two weeks later and no debit from my account, I decided to call customer no-service and the automated system said that my payment was late. I went into eternal hold. Went to the website and was unable to log into my account that I had previously made a payment on.

THEN, after all this, I decide to Google them and wound up here. This website confirmed my suspicion that CFNA are crooks who can't wait to hit you with all kinds of interest and late fees. I will be paying off the balance in full this month. Stay away from these crooks. They prey on the unususpecting customer. Only wish I had looked here first and avoided unnecessary fees. I can only imagine what my next bill will look like...
