E-Bill not received - customer service phone/human

I opened my e-mail from CFNA to discover that my bill was past due... I had not received a bill, so I wrote a note to CFNA... They asked me to call to discuss, and when I did, I talked to Debbie, who could not have been any nicer... She took my word and reversed the late charges without a hassle. This is exactly what customer service should be... Thank you to Debbie and CFNA
