This is a follow up to my first complaint. To recap my first complaint I ordered a 3" foam pad for my king size bed, when I received it it had such a bad chemical oder that it gave me an allergy attack. I finnally had to remove it from my house as the oder from the pad was so bad. I spoke to the consumer rep. And she wanted me to air it out over the week end, I explained to her that the only place I could put it was in my truck bed as I didn't want it in the house again. She said that would be fine. The uv rays of the sun discolored the bed and it had a small nick in the foam from being moved around. I called her on Monday and told her I wanted a rma to return the bed which she provided and assured me I would get a refund ($220) but I would not get refunded for the original shipping ($40) and I would have to pay for the return shipping (fed x $85.45). But when she received the bed she said it was in bad shape (which I had already told her) so now instead of being out $260 I am out an additional $85.45. She said she is trying to get me a refund but I am yet to see it.
As for my self I would never do businness with this company again, bad product and bad customer service. But I learned a good lesson I will really check out the next company I buy from. Like their return polocy. So to anyone thinking of buying from this company beware.
