This company thrives on misrepresentation and fraud.in fact, it is all they do. They advertise memory foam and show pictures on thier website of actual memory foam (white) complete with its signatue ability to display a handprint, and then send you regular cheap beige couch cushion foam, impossible to leave a handprint in, and with holes 1/4 inch all through it.
We have bought numerous memory foam products from other companys as buying agents for handicapped persons, and we are very familiar with this product. They advertise as if they own the actual factories, but it it is apparently only one person the ripoff artist sarah oglesby.
With sufficient arguing, they will let you return the product but will charge you a restocking fee (15%), the cost of shipping to you, and the return shipping, which in our case came to almost 80 dollars. Cannot say enough bad about this company she is simply a scam artist. We have since bought several real memory foam toppers from overstock.com, and are happy with both the product and the price.
To prove to yourself what a scam they are, click on return a product on the bar menu, you will have to fill out pages of info, then get dead ended into a page telling you simply your name and adress, but nothing whatsoever about thier return policy. If you type return or return a product in her search engine you will get either airbeds or couches.
In regards to them being a member of BBB, the Vermont attorney general in the consumer fraud division told me that since they lost thier federal funding, thier only source of income is to protect thier dues paying member busineses, and the BBB logo should at this point be regarded as a warning sign. I found this to be true when I tried to file a complaint and was only allowed to do so in a spanish version which I cannot write speak or understand.
Beware! It took me months, and more time than it was worth to prove fraud and get mastercard to refund back our money. OH this company also was aware that they were ripping off a 77 year old retarded woman with arthriris whom had to save almost 4 months from her social security check to buy this. What swine!!!
