To summarize my first criticism I requested a-3" foam mat for my king-size mattress, after I obtained it it'd this type of poor chemical oder that it offered mean allergy attack. I finnally needed to take it off from my home whilst the oder in the mat was so poor. I talked for the customer representative. And she wanted me to atmosphere it out within the week-end, I told her the only spot I really could place it had been in my own cargo area when I did not want to buy in the home again. She stated that could be good. The ultra violet rays of sunlight stained the mattress also it had a little nick within the foam from being transferred around. I named her on Friday and informed her I needed a rma to come back the mattress which she supplied and guaranteed me I'd obtain a reimbursement ($220) but I'd not get returned for that unique shipping ($40) and that I would need to purchase the return shipping (fed-x $85.45).
