I am handicapped with one leg, and using a power chair.
Going by the TV commercial, the item having superior foam and thick filled cushion filled with gel.
When I ordered on line! I had the option paying $5.00 more for each pillow, and receive a thicker quality.
The foam is an inferior quality; it does not return to its original shape, the gel filled section is paper thin.
I ended up opening both pillow cases and both zippers broke right away.
Doubled in one pillow case the gel filled parts and added one more foam section.
After using the pillow for two weeks!
It is as about 1 ¼” thick and hard as a rock.
This Item is absolutely an inferior product made in China, I Paid $49.85 for both.
Going to call the company on Monday, and hope to get a refund.
