I am permentally disabled, and went out of town to see a spine specialist, while out of town I left my vehicle in the care of my adult daughter. Her resident being different from mine,
She put the guess pass in the dash board driving with it for a week or more, then one moring she looked out and saw the vehicle was gone we found out it had been towed for not having a guess pass the fee $125.00 towing and $35.00 a day storage,
after talking with the Property Manager who said she would ask the driver to consider giving me a discount, since my husband had just paid this same towing company $775.00 for towing our daughter's vehicle
I called to make payment arrangement, since I am a disabled senior, the young man said he would call me back, he never did, I called, call went to voice mail,
now I have a storage fee what can be done about this company, I look forward to your reply, thank you for your site
