On 6/4 I purchased 4 Shoretel IP655 phones for $1100. After many e-mails telling me that "they are on the way" and several e-mails with excuses as to why they weren't shipped, ROBERT CARLSON stopped communications and never sent the phones. I have many, many e-mails of his lies and promises but the phones never came.
Bottom line…he took our money and stalled us for months and we never received a thing!!!
