Robert Carlson, is a scammer. I contacted him via ebay to purchase a shoretel Phone system. We sent him $3750 for the system. He sent two switches but never sent the 17 phones that we were supposed to get as part of the deal. I have called and emailed him daily since. He started making excuses that the phones were at a third party. Now he just doesnt even respond. I am going to file a complaint with IC3.
