Charged my credit card, for failure to complete commitment,
i e-mailed them copies and date of the four remaining books,
NO RESPONSE, I asked them to verify my purchases and was told
they do not have that information, as they purge there system every four weeks, my credit co company took the information and
and credited my accout. Doubleday still sends me a bill for 72.96
for 4 books
