I still have not recieved my refund which I was told on May20th I would recieve within 7-10 buisness days (it is now Sept. 12th). Each time I call customer services, I get a different reason as to why the delay in sending me my refund, eg.instead of refunding the credit card they are now sending cheque refunds, or, they are only allowed to sign a certain number of cheques each week etc. Etc. A load of bull...! Leanspa you are a lying, thieving, crooked organization. You've got your products back, why are you holding on to my hardearned money? Why aren't you abiding to your terms and conditions as i have? You shouldn't make promises you are unable to keep. GIVE ME BACK MY $159.98.
