I had signed up for the trial of Hydroxateone and Juveneu from an advertisement on facebook. The Hydroxatone purchase I received a confirmation email instantly and just received the product yesterday in mail with invoice etc which is exactly what you expect. However I received no confirmation of purchase from Juveneu and have noticed two transactions have been deducted from my account. The first one of 1.90 I had expected but then also noticed the 80.80 one which I did not expect as I still have received no product even.
We are meant to have a trial period before we accept payment of purchase and I have received nothing. I have contacted them via their website but have receieved no reply.
Having now to change my card details which is going to cause a whole number of problems but at least then I should not have any further transactions from juveneu.
They need to be named and shamed!
