Touchstone research group guranteed my DD form 214 to me within 7 days. Upon contacting them when I did not hear from them in 2 weeks, they heard what I was calling about and hung up on me. They did not answer when I called from the same phone 5 times over the next hour. I then called from my work phone and got them to answer in the first try. They told me they would contact the researcher and call me back "in a few hours". When they did not return my phone call I tried calling back from both phones multiple times with no answer. Once again I tried from a different number and they answered right away. I have been going through this for a few days now and upon some research online I have found NUMEROUS complaints of the same exact situations I have been going through. I do not care so much to get my money back, but for this scam company to stop preying on veterans in desperate situations where they need to get there dd214 in a short period of time.
