I order some platinum for rift about 20 bucks worth, before i ordered i asked the live chat if platinum was available. She told me she had 1000 platinum so i said ok all i need is 300 so i am good. I told her i will brb to make the order. I made the order and returned to the same chat box and told her the order has been made she asked me then to email me my characters name and level for first time orders, so i sdid that. She then told me when the platinum is ready she will text me here in the chat box. 2 hours go buy and i then asked her where is my platinum —she then tells me the supplier is off line and i had too wait. He has been off line for 2 day now —i want my money back — and i willl make sure they are arrested—freaking criminals
