Actually 3 instances - on 5.20.22,7.9.11 & 9.9.11, Fido billed me 3rd party charges that we are not aware of. Called 2 different numbers listed by fido but actually just one company-mobile media solutions. Called numbers and spoke with rep. And asked to reverse charges. Rep said to contact head office billing dept.By sending dispute letter. Rep said when letter is received they would call me back and WILL SEE IF THEY CAN REVERSE charge on phone. So far these info I have: rep name: ADAM, rep no. 7048, billing dept. ADDRESS: 3317 East Bell Road, Unit 101-136, Phoenix Arizona, 85032. Pls. Post any info if these guys would actually refund/reverse charges on your phone.
