In moving from AZ to AR using Pods seemed the best solution to have the units in the driveway available to pack as time permitted. The drivers were careful in placing the pods and had to work around overhead lines when setting down the second POD, but did a great job. The units arrived clean. Once in AR had to keep them in the storage facility and had access easily to the units. The gentlemen there had to help me unjam the door to open one of the PODS as the load had shifted. Due to economics had to move my things into storage. The facility was right across the street and Ben from PODS went and talked with the manager about where the PODS needed to be placed. There was no recrimination for needed to move things to a storage facility. The PODS were dropped off one day and picked up the next. Their service was excellent. The only problem was when I ordered the PODs the agent did not include the insurance. The review process took what seemed like a long time, but the conversation between the agent and myself were reviewed and the insurance was added. The drivers and storage facility staff were excellent.
