I initially tried the introductory product, and decided it was not for me, i have return each package back to the company, i have tried to call the company and i have written to the company to credit back my account, i have told them i wanted the account cancelled and i still am receiving and getting charged for the product that i have been returning. Each time i receive a package it costs me 79.99, i have at this time sent back around 5 packages direct and unopened from the postal service.

I would like this to stop, i would like to have my account credited back what was taken, and i no longer want any contact from company other than to return and credit my account.

As far as this is concerned this is to me an internet fraudulent access into my account, and would like leanspa to be held accountable for their actions, as i will be pursuing this soon further than what i initially thought i would do, but, since i cannot speak to anyone on the phone as i get put on hold, or hung up, i tried emailing my complaint and the site comes back saying i cannot send email to company, tomorrow i will start the process with the better business bureau and the federal trade company for fraud.
