I signed up for a free trial offer from leanspa. I noticed before I even received my product my account was charged 158.98 (79.99 2x). I called customer service and imediately cancelled my order. I was told to return the empty bottle with an rma # and my account would be credited 158.98. That was on April 5th. I waited until the 12th and called back again. The rep. Told me my account was never received, but they did receive the empty bottle. He said he would cancel it (again) and my account would be credited in 7-10 business day's. I waited until the 26th of April and called again and spoke to another rep. (Neil Robinson) and he said he was going to email corperate so I would receive my money. Now it's the 2nd of may and I've not heard anything so I called today and the rep told me all the computers are being updated and to call back... Ive read the complaints on here and on other sights on this company and I was amazed on how many people have the same problem with the ssame company. I'm not sure where to go from here any suggestions? This must be stopped...
