When I ordered on line the "peopleless process" asked me about extra's (Priority Processing and larger sizes) but when prompted it only gave me an option to say yes with no option to say no. The process also failed to show me my bottom line charges until after I had placed the order. When I saw the bottom line charges I attempted to cancel by phone but was told that the order was too new and not yet in their system. They told me it would ship and then they gave me a RMA number. The items were received 15 days later after being charged $127.35 for priority handling. It cost me $17 to return everything on 8/8 (they charged me $127.35) but as of 9/8 I have not received any credit. Great product - rotten Co.
