Orders 4 12X16 prints on canvas on a 3/4" frame. Company took the money, sent me a Fedx tracking number which indicated shipping on Sep 2 with a delivery date of Sept 6. No delivery on sept 6th and when I checked the tracing number again it only had an estimated ship date of Sept 2 and nothing else. Sent email to company, no reply, tried to call, no answer get "Enter access code" recording after many rings. Have check then out and find many complaints and am doubtful I will hear from them.
