I received a check for $3,550.00 (supposedly from) panarama incorporated, 1300 shiloh rd, kennesaw, ga. 30144 The check# 34359 looks completely legitimate and is drawn from RBC BANK.
For a compensation lottery draw. (winning numbers 3-9-14-17-29-37-48. We are directed to pay applicable taxes on our winning of$50,500.00. The tax amount is $2,400.00 and we are supposed to forward the payment to the "appropriate agent" We are to call Mr. Jerry 1-647-219-4536, for clarification and further instructions. CLAIM #BFH/0011559 of course we did not cash this check or send any "tax money" But, this scam looks so legitimate, I am sure elder people have fallen for this.
