Where do I begin, This was my first time on the Greyhound Bus, I was so excited to travel from Detroit, MI to Benson, AZ, I was on the bus for 3-days and the ride itself was wonderful, to be able to see the country up close and personal was great and I will never forget it. BUT the nightmare begin when I got to my destination and my baggage was not there, I have tried to contact several people about my bag, filled out tracer form and have returned back to Michigan and no one can seem to locate my bag, I had a transfer in Dallas and when I went to look for my bag it was not there, I had no change of clothing in Benson and had to go to different people to get clothing from them. I am now currently back in Michigan and still no bag, I have been hung up on by a person in Dallas Baggage Department and I have not said one rude word to anyone, I just want my bag, it had medication in it and I really need my stuff. Can you please help me!
