Comments: My vacation was ruined because of the baggage handlers missplacing my baggage between BIRMINGHAM, AL, DALLAS, TX AND CLAREMONT, CA. -

-i observed them throwing baggage in the isleways alongside the buses; dallas and elpaso was the worst;
-walking away from baggage that they pulled out from under the buses;
- they were rude and nasty as we asked them why were they leaving our baggage unattended because you have transients walking around the buses stealing luggage that does not belong to them;
- the bus drivers did not want to listen to anything we had to say, one named austin harris;
- i have been wronged in the process of looking for my baggage which is still missing (14 days);
- i had to return to birmingham, al without my baggage and i would like some answers on where is my baggage and the contents of that baggage;
- i went into each baggage claim office on my travel back to birmingham and they treated me like i was asking them something wrong;
- the bus drivers has a nasty attitude, ticket associates and baggage handlers;

This is the third email that i have sent to you; and i have also filed a tracer for my baggage and i want my merchandise especially after i had to pay $90.00 to have them put under the bus and then to get to my destination and it is not there.

Damage Resulting = One month has gone by and I still do not have my baggage. I HAD OVER $1200 worth of merchandise and personal belongings in my baggage and I want it back. They have a track record of giving people tickets and $250. I WANT THEM TO CALL THE YOUNG MAN INTO THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE AND ASK HIM WHAT HAPPENED TO MY LUGGAGE IN DALLAS, TX.

Comments: #gli3041515763 (dg317977) sent from bhm, al to claremont, ca on 14 jul (gli 1409) is missing at the claremojnt, ca station and i need your help.

I paid $60.00 for these bags and it is missing and nobody can seem to tell me anything. The bus driver did everything except curse me out. He would not help me to look through the baggage.
