I checked my balance on Friday, Sept 2 and noticed a debit from my checking account in the amount of $30.00. I called the bank and was told that it was from a company listed as Payment Assistance & their phone number is 866/235-7681.
I have never contacted them for anything, nor ever authorized them to debit my checking for any amount. Calls to them have gone unreturned, only answer machine picking up. I want the $30 put back in my checking account ASAP.
