Company charged my credit card $18.95 twice for each month of july and august. Never used their service except for the initial car history report for $1 then cancelled after. Unfortunately, I don't have the proof and just forgot all about it until I noticed it on my Sept credit card bill. Called company but rep never helped - just cancelled my account. Company should at least email customer receipt (s) for the charges - even as a courtesy. Clearly a SCAM! Wanted you folks out there to forget and never review your credit card statements.
