Checked my bank account to find 67.70 had been deducted from my account by GTS Powermoney. My bank gave me the telephone number for them and I contacted them. They state I applied for a loan and this was a finding fee. The loan i apparently applied for was in MAY!!! Some idiot of a girl, explained to me to read the terms and conditions... I haven't even heard of powerloans and it states that they can take money 6 months after the application!!! So I checked my terms and conditions and it DOES say theres a joining/finders fee... But it is automatically deducted when you accept member ship... WHICH I HAVE NOT DONE!!! So I contacted them again and quoted their own terms and conditions to them and told them they illegally removed funding from my account and was referred to writing to their head office! If i dont get anywhere I will take it up with the fraud department of my bank or to citizens advice... Con artists!!
