May 1 I applied for a loan online from liberty express lg a guy named Fred engall contacted me the next day and said that I was approved for a 4,000 loan and that I needed to finish the application process. He emailed me some paper work for me to sign and fax back. Then he said I had to use a car title, or have a co signer, or pay $435.00 for insurance on the loan. I didn't have a car title to use or a co signer so he said if I paid the $435.00 now I would receive the money the next day in my bank account. I went to the walmart n sent the money to a guy he said to send it to in Ontario canada. The next day I called my bank no money so I called back. And his phone made a sound as if it was off the hook but it stayed that way for days finally I returned to the website and submitted a complaint. The next day supervisor called and said the reason it did not go through is because I didn't finish the insurance payment. He said I had to make yet another payment of $435.00. I explained to him no one told me that and he said he was sorry for that but if I paid it I would receive the 4,000 the next day in my bank account. I went back to the walmart and sent the money again to the same person Paul brisco in Ontario Canada. The next day still no money that said that I had to wait one more day because it was so late when I paid it. The next day after that still no money. I called back then the secretary asked me to leave a message so I did he never called back. So I kept calling finally I went back to the website and filed another complaint. The next day some one else contacts me and says he has been assigned my case he says it will be another day or two finally I said no more I just wanted to cancel the loan they said it would take up to 3 weeks to get the money back. I said ok that was June 2 come July 2 I had not received my check in the mail for my refund I started calling them. Either no one answered or a secretary will tell me I have to leave a message I have never heard anything back from them. I lost the house I applied and was approved to get among other things the phone number they had given me for them is 1-888-839-6216
