Used all my bids purchased for IPhone. Purchased 27.00 more... I noticed the same names appeared in bidding. Was basically shut out when the time came close to the end... I had 2 bids left that I could not use... The screen kept counting from 15 sec numerous times and then it ended... It would not allow me to bid
