Called to make reservations, never realizing it was a third party I was dealing with. I discovered this when I saw that I should have qualified for a group rate, so I called the hotel, This is when I discovered I dealt with a third party. I called them to cancel my reservation and on top of the service fee, they were only go to refund 80%. I asked to speak w / a manager and was put into someone's voicemail by Erica. I called back and explained the situation to John x 0625 in which he hung up on me.
So I decided it was a life lesson and I would just keep the reservation and "suck it up". I was very suprised when I received a reservation cancellation email. I called again. After being on the phone, mostly hold for 1 hour and 15 minutes I was told there was nothing they could do, the cancellation was processed and money credit was processed. So in the end, I still ended up paying this company $50 just for aggravation. I am still waiting for my refund to hit may account. My fingers are crossed on this one. Stay clear of this company!
