I returned their product in July and August, but amazingly enough they claim they still have not received it! How long does it take their warehouse to process returns? And they will not refund my money! Now I am out approximately $150.00 and I don't have their product. Yes, I returned their product because it doesn't work!
And if you write a complaint about this company, they respond by telling you to call the customer service line that already told you that they won't return your money! Why won't they email consumers? Consumers want things in writing, doesn't this company? Look up complaints about this company, I am not the only one with this story!!
