I have been very ill for the past year. I only owe one payment and they are harassing me and my mother. I do not live with my mother however they are calling her all day every day. They are nasty, ignorant, threating and they also swear. Something has to be done. They need to be sued. They have also taken payments when they were not suppose too and they have tacked on charges creating their own check and going back into my account. If you give these people an inch they will take and million miles. Again something has to be done now. They told my mother that no can stop them and that they will do as they want. Any lawyer who wants this case please help us.
