My mother kathy * was involed in an auto accident on 9/11. With me being stoped at a right light this car from know where was flying threw the intersection and plowed right into me. I started to experince pain right away. The police were called and took a report so i then rushed to the emengency room. The doctors proscribed me medcation muscle relaxers for my pain.
Later, my insurance adjuster look at the bumper of my car and found almost $700 worth of damange. Then a week later all state has sent their adjuster. Like always they lied about the damange only to give $344 from $700 my adjuster gave to me.
I then went to my doctor and he order me a MRI to found which i had disc bulges and my doctor said that it is evdience that it is from the car accident. My attorney quit for know reason know that i have evidence agaisnt all state. My attorney two years ago wanted $40,000 when all state got back they wanted to settle for only $7,000.
My attorney was to get 40% so that would leave me with nothing and all state accpects me to pay my own medical bills. Out of my own medical bills they are suppose to pay for my medical bills seperate from my settlement. Then my sorry attorney quit on me. He was suppose to file court action agaisnt all state. Its just a big mess for me.
I, did get me a new attorney this time their is enough evidence agaisnt all state and he has filed for court action. This time my new lawyer is seeking $74,000. Like always all state don't wanna give nothing. This time its $9,000. Well after my attorney's fee's this would leave me with nothing. This is what all state wonts is for me to have no money for the pain and suffering and undue stress i had to deal with for the past three years.
Their, lawyer said this is a fair amount and all state will not go any hire. Well i have refused and am taken it to court. They have no right to treat me like this because their is evidence agaisnt them. They have dangled this for 3 years know because they are determin to fight this all the way so i wouldn't get no money.
I'am tired of their abuse and suffering. This accident has changed my life. All i did was go out and get something to eat and this is what i get abuse and pain and suffering for no fault of her own.
I'am, hoping the court will grant in my mothers favor to give her more money then what all state is offering and for their abuse and mental anquise i had suffered and my sorry attorney quit but lucky i got a new attorney who is working for me to get me more money. I'am not going o let all state PUSH me around with only $9,000 and leave me with nothing. This is what all state wonts but their not going to abuse me any longer. I took it all this time and i will not take it any longer!
All STATE does suck i'am glad people made a website for people to tell how they been ripped off and abused bye all state but don't never give up. We will come out on top at the end. All state needs a class action lawsuit agaisnt them for how they don't wanna give people any money when their insured injure's them. We are not medal we are fleshen in bone which all state thinks that were just a peice of medal that can be damanged. I, will not stand for anymore of all state's abuse!
People don't like it when you complain or report a bad business or insurance company they will make people think that you are lying & that you are crazy. Businesses & insurance companies are worried about one thing trying to cover-up or getting away with everything.
All state refuses to pay my mother for this as been going on for 6 years & all state is trying everything in their power to get out from paying with no end in sight. All state as screwed my mother & not paying for her damanges she suffered or her.
We are also tired of being the victims here from these insurance companies who refuse to pay for our pain & suffering. We will not let them get away with it & people can attack us & insult us & cause trouble for me for speaking out agaisnt this horrible experince with all state who is trying to ruin our lives.
It is our job to bring out bad business who are out to steal & abuse people.
