Glucosulin claims that it lowers blood sugars and weight loss. I took the product for a week and lost nothing they claim you lose 3-5 lbs first week... When i called to order they say nothing about returning the product if not satisfied they said it was a free trial for 30 days all I had to pay was shipping and handling $11.00 after i got the product i did a google search on glucosulin and found out it is basicly an overpriced fiber... Also they are relentless in trying to get you to try other 30 day trials such as travel, grocery cupons, $25.00 walmart card. I had told them over and over on two seperate recorded phone calls that I was not interested in anything other than the glucosulin. What did they do send it to me anyway with a letter stating that they are thanking me for trying the travel cupons out from savings2go and stated in the letter that I authorized them to take $14.95 out of my account. This is total fraud and really racketeering. They say sorry for the inconvienience... The charge is pending in my bank account now.
Also I tried to call and cancel any further charges to my account from glucosulin. They told me that i had to get a get a rma # to return the glucosulin. I told them it was a free 30 day trial. They said i cant cancel or get a rma # because i had not tried the product and that I would need to send back the remaining pills which they purposely send you a 60 day supply without telling you.
Then i wait a week tried the pills no weight loss at all i called back and demaded a rma# and they did give me one and told me i had to pay shipping and handling and get the product back to them within 7 days... There is a holiday and weekend coming up so i had to pay $7.50 to get the product there with in 7 days which is total false advertising because they said nothing about returning the pills if unsatisfied on the advertisement. Also they try and throw the walmart sales pitch for free card which i doubt is free and he offered to sell me the two bottles for $20 each so i wouldnt have to deal with sending the product back... Thats half the price they are trying to sell it for! Such a sham! This sorta practice is so horrible! Please put a stop to it. Thank you Robert Matson
