Glucosulin
Beware

On 11-12, I ordered a 30 day free trial offer of Glucosulin. I only had to pay s&h of $11.80. I set up recurring shipments to start after the 30 day period and gave my debit card info. On 11-30, I called and requested a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. The representative Pat #4986 would not give me the RMA# and continued to question me on why I wanted to return the product. Said I hadn't given it enough time to work and told me to increase my dosage from 2 pills prior to meals to 3 pills.

Assured me that future shipments were cancelled. I said are you sure no money willbe coming out of my account in the future. I was told yes and that I should continue taking the pills and see if they worked for me. I asked for his name and ID so that I would be assured that there would be no mix up. No more money from my account. He said to call back if I wanted to order and they would work something out with me since I am on a limited income. As stated before, I called to return the merchandise on the 30th of November.

On Jan 2 there was a pending charge for almost $100 from Glucosulin. I called and reported above info to them. They said I was charged for the 30 day trial offer that if I didn't return the product within that 30 days I had to pay for it. It was transferred to Quality Assurance and today I was told they met all requirements and refused to refund my money. I believe selling free 30 day trials that you have to pay for negates the "free" part of that 30 day trial. I also believe it is their customary policy to refuse to givea RMA # to customers to prevent them from returning the product until they can charge you for the 30 day trial at least.

On top of that, their product did not work for me at all. I want my money back. No customer should be argued with over a RMA# that they require you to have in order to return the product. When I asked on Nov 30, it should have been given to me immediately. Then if the rep wanted info on why I was cancelling, that would be fine. But deny me the RMA, convince me to utilize the rest of the trial product and then decide it deceptive practices. I am pretty sure nowhere during the commercial do they say you will pay for that 30 day free trial in the end if you use it for the full 30 days.
