I responded to a tv commercial advertisement for glucosulin for a 30-day free trial stating to help you lose weight and also help maintain healthy blood glucose. So because it said free i thought why not. Nowhere in the conversation with the rep did she tell me they would charge me for anything other than s&h. The rep had given me the date to call to cancel any future orders. So i called on that date and was told i had to send back all unused product so they would not charge me any thing else. I though i was responding to an advertisement for a free, i repeat FREE trial. Well they did charge my debit card 99.96. I am a disable person. I get only one check per month. I take several prescription medications per month; diabetic, blood pressure, diabetic neuropathy, depression. This amount may be overlooked for some people but it means a lot to me. I called them again and i admit i was a little piturbed as i tried to explain that they could not just charge people especially when they were told not to, i accused them of false advertisement, this did not phase the rep. So consider this my official complaint against this company. I wonder if i can sue them. I am not going to stop until they take that commercial off the air so no more people get taken like i was.
