I ordered EZMOVE via the web site. It was going to be one set at 19.95 and one set free plus shipping and processing. After I hit the continue button my bill came up with one set 19.95 second set 14.95 plus 33.58 shipping and processing. It site never gave a chance to change the order (usually you are asked is this correct) I quickly called the telephone # and was told it takes 24 hours before it went into order please call tomorrow. I called the next day and was told the shipment already went out that I can refuse the package. This I did. On my credit card statement they charged me 72.62. When I got the statement this month they had only refunded me 38.04. I called the young man was very kind but said that was too bad. The remainder 33.58 was shipping and processing. I argued but the best they could is refund me half the amount and they were doing this out of good will. I doubt that I will ever get that back. This company is just like the rest of the scam. What a message to send out. Hope they won't be around for long. Too bad the product sounded good but that was probably a lie too.
